Whenever there are green tea desserts, you may find me. Come and get yours before this 'special flavour of the week' is gone!
I prefer liquid nitrogen ice cream over normal ones, as this ice cream is more smooth, almost chewy, with not even the faintest grain of ice.
This ice cream cone is topped with melted marshmallow and green tea chocolate chip liquid nitrogen ice cream. The green tea flavour is not strong enough, which the flavour is slightly covered by the chocolate chips. Nevertheless, you can still feel a hint of green tea.
The combination of CHEWY melted marshmallow with SOFT ice cream and CRISPY chocolate chips has created a mixture of different textures

The cone is filled with soft melted marshmallow. I think it would taste better with more ice cream in it, to balance to sweetness of the marshmallow, especially at the bottom part where only marshmallow is lefted inside.
